Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) honors all the beings that make a community and ecosystem whole. Join us for a conversation about the ecological importance of animals, from soil-dwelling insects to sky-bound birds, and the cultural landscapes that uplift them.
Speakers joining us include Corine Pearce, Redwood Valley Little River Band of Pomo Indians, and Andrew James Pittman, Mountain Cahuilla from Los Coyotes Band of Cahuilla and Cupeno Indians, and Ipai Kumeyaay descendant from the Lipay Nation of Santa Ysabe.
